胃肠道功能
食物成分在胃肠道内的消化分解需要依靠胰腺、胃肠腺分泌的水解酶，肝脏分泌的胆汁以及肠菌酶等的酶促反应参与。食物消化与吸收是一个十分复杂的过程，涉及到胃肠道的外分泌和内分泌、胃肠道的运动、神经体液的调节、血液及淋巴循环以及它们之间的相互联系和密切配合，任何一个环节遭到破坏菌均可引起胃肠道疾病。
